All design and printing orders are taken on the understanding that the person or persons ordering the product or service has the express and specific authority/copyright holders permission to use any logos, badges or designs submitted for use.
Orders are also taken on the understanding that any logos or artwork have been “proofed out ” and approved by the customer.
Payment is “with order” unless specifically agreed by prior arrangement.
Wash and care guide* supersedes any wash and care instructions in the garment supplied for printing and no responsibility can be held for mis-laundering.
Turnaround times are quoted as a guide, specific requirements and deadlines should be discussed prior to acceptance of order.
A visual proof will be provided by email, prior to any printing, and this proof should be checked carefully for spelling and print errors, it is the responsibility of the customer to check this, as errors may not be possible to rectify.
Certain materials or garments can prove difficult to print, and advice to the impact of this will be given prior to printing, if a risk is highlighted, and subsequently approval to print is given, Myteamprint cannot be responsible in the even of a print failure.
Collect&Drop service is only available locally (ask for details) and will be by prior arrangement at a mutually agreed location and time.(charges may apply to missed collect/drop appointments)
By accepting a quotation, order and or “proof” you agree to the terms and conditions set out above.
Data, Myteamprint will only collect and safely hold the data required (typically a name, address, email, phone number)to fulfil your request or order, and will not pass any details onto any third party, even if they offer us money!
